- 2+ years of teaching experience in Science, Mathematics and Computers in K-12
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma certificate in Education, Science, Computer Science, Mathematics and related disciplines.
- Awareness of STEM concepts. Understanding of programming / coding basics is an added advantage.
- Teaching STEM / Robotics / AI concepts to K-12 students
- Establishing link between existing academic curriculum and STEM concepts
- Facilitate project-based learning experiences, guiding students in the creation and execution of projects.
- Coaching and mentoring students to build STEM projects.
- Participate in development and updating of STEM Curriculum
- Monitor and assess students’ progress within the overall STEM program. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Be part of quarterly or annual refresher training programs
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and lead regular workshops to share updates, showcase student projects, and facilitate discussions on robotics education.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts in an understandable manner.

- Visual Design: Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of design projects, includinglogos, brochures, infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, and web pages.
- Develop and continuously update Brand guidelines
- Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Continuously innovate and improve design processes, tools, and techniques to deliverhigh-quality work efficiently and effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design instructional materials, multimedia presentations, and interactive learning modules that effectively convey educational content.
- Brand Designer: Developing and maintaining the brand identity of the company through consistent application of design elements across all marketing materials, including digital and print media.
- Motion Graphics Designer: Creating animated content, explainer videos, and interactive simulations to enhance the presentation of educational concepts and engage learners.
- Marketing Designer: Collaborating with the other functional teams to create promotional materials, social media graphics, email campaigns, and advertising assets that effectively communicate the value proposition of the EdTech products.
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Canva, Dreamweaver, Adobe After Effects
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing graphics using various tools.
