Graphic Designer

Responsibilities :

• Visual Design: Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of design projects, includinglogos, brochures, infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, and web pages.
• Develop and continuously update Brand guidelines
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Continuously innovate and improve design processes, tools, and techniques to deliverhigh-quality work efficiently and effectively.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to design instructional materials, multimedia presentations, and interactive learning modules that effectively convey educational content.
• Brand Designer: Developing and maintaining the brand identity of the company through consistent application of design elements across all marketing materials, including digital and print media.
• Motion Graphics Designer: Creating animated content, explainer videos, and interactive simulations to enhance the presentation of educational concepts and engage learners.
• Marketing Designer: Collaborating with the other functional teams to create promotional materials, social media graphics, email campaigns, and advertising assets that effectively communicate the value proposition of the EdTech products.

Expertise in the below design tools is a must:

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Canva, Dreamweaver, Adobe After Effects

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing graphics using various tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma certificate in Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Able to understand the business very well and create brochures and other marketing materials related to this industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
• Content writing experience would be an added advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle the changing ambiguity in business.
